Asking for a
Guaranteed Reservation |
Making an online / offline reservation with
Trips2world.net is "easy".
Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you
have given us your e-mail address and make Payments in full or part
(blocking amount).
As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel
to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all
requests within 24 to 72 hours. |

Confirming a Reservation |
What happens when I make a
reservation?
Additionally, all reservations will be followed up
within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to
you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked. |

How much I have to pay and when? |
|
A confirmation voucher will be mailed
after receipt of the payment in full and you have to pay when you
are making the reservation request. |
|
|
|
What sort of acknowledgement will I
receive when I book a hotel room? |
|
When the booking is confirmed (by
email), the payment will be processed. A hotel voucher will be sent
directly to the hotel which you made a reservation with. You will
also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher, you may
be asked to present to the front desk upon check in. Generally, you
only present your identification to the hotel reception when you
check in. |

What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER? |
|
Once the room is confirmed, we will
send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the
reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make printout of
this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in.
Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival. |

How do I know if my hotel reservation
is confirmed? |
|
We will send you a confirmation email.
This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details
of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must
to be kept until you arrive at the hotel. |

Do I need to confirm my booking with
the hotel directly? |
|
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed
from the confirmation mail is all you need. |
|
|
|
How long does it take to get a
confirmation? |
|
24 to 48 hours except for special
cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special
events...). It may sometimes take only a few hours: we are trying
our best to get back to you as soon as possible. |

Cancellation Policy |
|
|
|
What is your cancellation policy for
hotel reservations? |
If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 20% on
invoice amount
( banking fee + administration fee )
= 45 days to 7 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights
room charge
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be
charged.
= 7 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid will be charged |

Some cases hotel will provide you
separate cancellation terms |

Any policies dictated by the hotel
will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer
Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely.
Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy. |

Also be informed that cancellation has
to be made by writing to email ID : cancel@trips2world.net ONLY otherwise no cancellation
will be entertained. We do not accept Cancellations over Phone
|

In case on any increase in cost of
Hotel, Airfare, Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to
augment the same. Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative
unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis |

How about the Credit Cards Refunds? |
|
Please note that refunds will be made
in the form of a credit to your card account. |

If part payment is Paid |
|
If part payment is paid, and the party
cancel the trip then the above condition will be applicable. |
|
|
|
All credit card refunds will be
processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on
your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund
instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45
working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account. In case of
refund 15% of payment will be deducted for banking expenses. Send
